![]() ![]() The installation is a scheduled event, set by the client or restoration company, we make a point to call 48 hours ahead of the installation to confirm that you, the customer, are prepared for our arrival and lastly, it is not uncommon, in the restoration process to stop the install when the installer arrives if the site is not ready for the installation. That being said, it appears that you were a primary contact throughout the project so you should have had the ability to stop the install at several points in the process. As far as your experience with Florcraft I will have to do a bit of research, but in this situation I see that we were working as a sub contractor to the restoration company that you contracted with. Remodels are stressful in the best of situations let alone when they are unplanned.
